The story begins with a black crow in one of the Iranian cities who stole a golden ring and sits on a tree near a village. He, meanwhile, always sees his life in dirty places, but he loves beauty and golden things and he is always seeking for the beauty. He siting on the tree while imagining himself
Director's BIO
Sepideh Eidi is a well experienced illustrator, animation designer and character designer since 2001.
She graduated in bachelor or art in field of graphic and illustration. She worked as animator and designer in many animations and short animations. One of her experiences as animator was The Elephant King (Filshah). Also as a designer she worked in Iran television for a while.
She won many grand prizes in competitions of Iran since she was student. Such as poster designing, painting, designing and etc.
Now she and Saeid Sodagar are making short animations with aim of worldwide festivals. Their first animated short is "beyond the black"
Saeid Sodagar was born in 1986 in Iran. He began his career in 2011 as rigger/texture artist in an animated feature film named "The secret of a dream" which never released. He has many experiences as a professional animator in animated feature films, short films and some commercials. some of them released in Iranian movie theaters. also participated in Fajr film festival.
In 2015 He earned the fifth place among 174 other competitors around the world in Animation Mentor's "11 second club" June competition. He was one of the animators of the animated movie named "The elephant king" (filshah) made by Hadi Mohammadian the highest-grossing animation in history of iran. After that he and Sepideh Eidi started their own studio with aim of making short animations and video games.
